Anonymous asked: Hello po! Question lang po ulit, if I already outlined and applied colors sa illustration ko po sa Illustrator, what touches or editing do you recommend po sa Photoshop naman when it's transferred there? And btw, do you transfer the photo from Illustrator to PS through JPEG lang po? :D
I adjust the curves, color balance, etc sa Photoshop. I transfer it by opening the AI file sa Photoshop. :)
Anonymous asked: Another thing, I only have Photoshop po, and how on earth can you come up with a good color palette? Kung sa Illustrator po ba madali lang? Because sometimes nanghuhula lang ako ng color through eye dropper and the outcome are sometimes not good when it comes to the color combination..
It’s not about the program you’re using. Try mo sigurong intindihin yung color harmony. Andun kasi yung pagkakabagay-bagay ng mga kulay. And minsan naguguluhan din ako sa pagpili para sa palette. Pero basta sundin mo lang artistic sense mo :)

Anonymous asked: Hi po! I have a question, thanks for answering my previous one. Given that I already had my drawing scanned, can you give the next steps to be done? Kahit short and simple lang po. So I can come up with the artworks you've made.. Thanks po talaga! Your works are inspiring!
Well what I do after scanning my sketch is I open illustrator and then trace the lines from the sketch. And when I’m already satisfied with the results, I then create the color palette and then color it up. After that I transfer to Photoshop and apply the finishing touches, textures and polishing.
Salamat din for the complement. :)
maikhofranco asked: uhh I love that "Inside the Abattoir" set :)

Anonymous asked: If it isn't a hassle to you, can you state the differences between Photoshop and Illustrator? Which one is good for making vectors and graphic arts? Thanks!
Photoshop is more on retouch, photo-manipulation, effects, etc while Illustrator is more on drawing or illustration.
Vectors are illustrations produced through illustrator while Vexel are illustrations produced through Photoshop. For me, Illustrator is better in making line arts and shit but you can also produce high quality line arts and illustrations in Photoshop although for me its kinda hard.
I hope I answered your question. :)
